SBR directly connected to SN (de) playing music (led white) does not pause when the button is pressed. (Pause from SN's website or pause on SBC works fine.)
I can see two BUTN packets using wireshark, one when the button is pressed and one when it is released, so I assume the issue is on SN. Maybe some code didn't get merged from SC7?

Maybe the .ir file is missing / not loaded for SBRs as an SBR does not have a remote?

Something in the SN settings page for Ray is defaulting the disabledirsets value wrong.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
