en, classic, fishbone, default all tested.  pwd list has this as the link:
<a HASH(0x11e6b88c)>Song Info</a>

fix songinfoItemHref and serve missing params

removes extraneous info from the songinfoItemHref (as far as I'm aware) and add missing required params from server

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
