When choosing wallpaper, there is no indication that this is a per-player setting.  I don't even know if the fact that it is per-player is intentional.  As wallpaper is a controller setting and none of the other settings under Screen are per-player, this is very counter-intuitive.

There should be some help text saying that the setting is per-player, and probably also an option to change the wallpaper for all players.

It is intentional, we should add a little help string:

"Choose the screen background to be shown for <playername>."

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
