Windows build is broken
Last modified: 2008-12-15 12:38:11 UTC
Following change r1927 the windows build is broken. This is due to the lack of socketpair that is used in the jive_dns code. +++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #7086 +++ SBC r1914M, Ray fw 22, SC7 17416 - Setup SBC, SBR using DHCP and connect to SC7 - ok - Power down SBC and power it up again - ok - Power down SBC, remove power from SBR and stop SC7, power SBC up again - ok - Power down SBC, remove path to internet from the network, power SBC up - it gets to 'Free Your Music' - then reboots Looking at the log it looks to me as the watchdog is resetting SBC during a lengthy timeout waiting for SN. --- Selected interface 'eth0' Starting jive applications starting pid 811, tty '/dev/tts/0': '/bin/sh' # Jive 7.0 r1914M Loading: jive.JiveMain mapped channel 10 to 2 # tail -f /var/log/messages Feb 12 07:01:04 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: SqueezeboxJive Feb 12 07:01:04 (none) user.info jive: (SqueezeboxJiveApplet.lua:106) - uuid=64a91eefbcc4c1eab95ce70ac08c97e3 Feb 12 07:01:04 (none) user.info jive: (SqueezeboxJiveApplet.lua:107) - mac=00:04:20:1A:02:76 Feb 12 07:01:04 (none) user.info jive: (SqueezeboxJiveApplet.lua:540) - setPowerState=dimmed acpower=true Feb 12 07:01:04 (none) user.info jive: (SqueezeboxJiveApplet.lua:901) - Set CPU speed 200000 Feb 12 07:01:05 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: SqueezeboxJive Feb 12 07:01:05 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: Clock Feb 12 07:01:05 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: DefaultSkin Feb 12 07:01:05 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: DefaultSkin Feb 12 07:01:08 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: Flickr Feb 12 07:01:08 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: Flickr Feb 12 07:01:08 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: SqueezeNetworkPIN Feb 12 07:01:08 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: SlimBrowser Feb 12 07:01:09 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: SlimBrowser Feb 12 07:01:09 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: SetupWireless Feb 12 07:01:09 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: SetupWallpaper Feb 12 07:01:09 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: SetupWallpaper Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:558) - Freeing: SetupWallpaper Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: Screenshot Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: Screenshot Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: ChooseMusicSource Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:217) - Registering: SlimDiscovery Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (AppletManager.lua:417) - Loaded: SlimDiscovery Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (SlimServers.lua:454) - updated poll list Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (SlimServers.lua:82) - Creating server SqueezeNetwork (www.beta.squeezenetwork.com:9000) Feb 12 07:01:10 (none) user.info jive: (SlimServer.lua:351) - SlimServer {SqueezeNetwork}:connect() U-Boot 1.0.0 (Sep 24 2007 - 10:32:53) U-Boot code: 33E00000 -> 33E1D388 BSS: -> 33E20FC4 IRQ Stack: 33e41fc0 FIQ Stack: 33e42fc0
