reduces the time needed to render an icon from Default/home.html on the ReadyNAS from about 15s to <1s.

Change 17425 in _trunk_ only:
- add an option to use copyResized() instead of copyResampled() to improve performance on low-spec hardware
- make resizing default behavior for ReadyNAS system
- add Slim::Utils::OSDetect::isReadyNAS()

I'm leaving this bug open. Please review and merge back to 7.0 if ok.

Not going to make it into 7.0, but already in trunk for 7.0.1.
