Description Matt Wise 2008-02-11 09:31:06 UTC
Yesterday I used my Jive for several hours to play music with no problems. I used the Jive to 'Turn Off' my Ray, and then put the Jive in the cradle. This morning my Jive had a Red WiFi Icon ... but after about 5 seconds of playing with it, it found my Ray and connected to it just fine. While it was connected to the Ray, the WiFi icon was still red. I started playing music and it worked just fine.

Things get strange here though.. after about 60 seconds, the WiFi icon went Blue, and the Jive stopped being able to see SqueezeCenter or my Ray. I was unable to fix it before I came in to work this morning.

I am not sure if this is related to some of the power savings stuff or not ...

Richard notes that some problems with the red icon appear to be connected to a low memory condition on Jive.

QA to try to reproduce, and add a long-term test to the Jive FW test plan.

The QA team will be doing careful testing of long term stability and will open new bugs.
