I just tried setting up a new SB Receiver, and the setup failed (Got to blue-light stage).  I then noticed that it was sitting about 12" from an WRT54G in repeater mode (the AP that the Ray was talking to was 20 feet away).  I did a factory reset of ray, moved it a few feet away, and it set up properly.

I think there should be troubleshooting tips for setting up Ray that automatically comes up on the Jive screen when a setup fails.
