using flac files with embedded cuesheets sometimes causes slimserver to print a
messages like
2004-12-02 17:03:17.4762 Undefined string: FEC

this can be prevented by adding a fec descriptions into strings.txt

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
