When attempting to input a ZIP+4 (94043-1234) on the Zip Code / Region section of the Account Creation page, I get an Invalid Zip Code message.

Also, attempting to input Canadian Zip code (L3T 7X6) will display the same message

should also add country linked region select

Canadian Postal code (Region) is still generating an Invalid Zip Code error

this was fixed r2406 but had not updated on beta racks, needs to be verified now that has updated on racks
