Clicking on the hyperlink "Why?" will display a pop up box with the text "BLAH".

this is part of IE bug reaching catch block, the IE workaround will fix this

bug was caused by spaces in "name" param in IE

Verify the WHY text as there were typo's.  Matthew has fixed them on 13FEB08, need to wait for replication then verification of fix.
