Description Morgan 2004-11-29 05:01:32 UTC
I have two songs by Golden Earring in the same directory, however, I only ever
get one of them to show in the server listings:

Details are as follows:

MP3 File Name: Golden Earring - Twilight zone.mp3
Title: Twilight Zone
Artist: Golden Earring
Album: None
Track: 1
Genre: Rock

MP3 File Name: Golden Earing - Radar Love.mp3
Title: Radar Love
Artist: Golden Earring
Album: None
Track: 1
Genre: Rock

Only The Twilight Zone song shows up in SlimServer - Here's the listing:

Add to playlist Play this Twilight Zone (Golden Earring) by Golden Earring

I am not sure but this may also be happening to other tracks... my collection is
large 15,000+.

Keep up the great work.

This is a known issue. Currently SlimServer uniquely identifies songs by Artist-Album-Tracknumber
combinations. Those two songs have the same combo. A workaround is to give them unique track
numbers. Duplicate bug...

Routine bug db maintenance; removing old versions which cause confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience.
