Zip code text field should be replaced with region select/text field on country select, also country select should notify user they are selecting a country different than GeoIP detected meaning something might not work for them in the future

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
