Build an additional menu for Settings to select timezone.  Default timezone to other players on the account if available.

Can we do this on the web UI?

It's already available in the web UI as a player-level setting.  So Jive can set the time to whatever the currently selected player's timezone pref is set to.

Currently it's part of the player UI setup wizard, not part of the SN signup wizard.  It probably should be moved to the signup wizard and become a user-level pref, not per-player.

Matthew: We're thinking we need to move the timezone preference to user-level and include it during the account signup wizard.  What do you think?

Will review the outstanding SN bugs after 7.0 ships.
