Description Roger 2004-11-24 00:59:32 UTC
One problem that I have is when searching for artists or albums from the
server is that you cannot stop the search. For example if I was to search for
an artists name and then changed my mind and wanted to search for another
artist, you have to wait for the 1st search to stop. It takes an age when you
have over 40,000 songs.... any chance of putting in a stop search command?

The best solution would be to make the searches faster. that's vidur's project with the new back-end
database.

Searches are fast now. Please verify and reopen if it's still an issue.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006. I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.

Routine bug db maintenance; removing old versions which cause confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience.
