Some folks would prefer to only browse the filesystem and not read ID3 tags at all.  We should 
provide an option for this.

how about a --noID3 command line option?
should this also disable ALL browseID3 items from listing on the skins?
I have the option patched in, but need to profile to see if there are enough
gains.  I am leaving skins alone for now.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
