Over the last several days I've noticed:  when Jive checks to see if there's a new firmware and brings up the Update screen it seems to override the Screensaver.  That is, the screensaver never kicks in when Jive is waiting on that screen.

The screensaver should work as normal, even if Jive is waiting for user input on the Update screen.

This was deliberate, Dean any comments?

I don't think the screensaver should interrupt the actual upgrading, but there's no reason to wake the user up by flashing the screen when a firmware update is available.  Let them pick the thing up and discover it.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
