Clock inaccurate when no players connected

When no players are connected but SC is up, the clock is displayed but is not accurate. As soon as a player gets connected, the clock is updated to the SC time. It would be best to either get the time from SC regardless if a player is connected or not, or not display the time at all (like when SC is not up).
