At the top of the song info there should be a Play Song and Add Song items with the play icon and add icon on the right side (replacing the > symbol).  pressing the go button on each of these items should play or add respectively.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
