info string in body, icon missing

That's not a bug, but a feature: if a text is smaller than 100 characters, it's displayed. If it's longer, it's "hidden" behind that icon.

Dean - that number (100) is just a number we came up with. No science, just a guess of a great number. If you think it should always be a tooltip, feel free to re-open... or file an enhancement request ;-)

I'd rather have the layout consistent across languages.  Can we just always use the tips?

But it should be easy enought to have them all hidden. I'll give it a try and see what you and people think - change 15723

So lets try to put them all in tooltips and we can tackle this problem again in our next version.  Most of the problems arise in the Advanced settings anyway...
