Description Blackketter Dean 2007-12-26 13:17:26 UTC
The playlist and song-info web pages for Rhapsody are missing artwork, even for the currently playing (or recently played) songs.

See screen shot.

Comment 2 Blackketter Dean 2007-12-26 13:18:46 UTC
In the event that artwork is missing or can't be loaded, we probably should use the Rhapsody placeholder icon and not the generic radio station one....
Comment 3 Andy Grundman 2007-12-26 14:10:44 UTC
The artwork URL for items in the playlist is not known until the track is played.
Comment 4 Blackketter Dean 2007-12-26 14:26:50 UTC
Hm, I'm seeing correct images on Jive but placeholders still on the web UI...
Comment 5 Michael Herger 2007-12-27 00:52:02 UTC
Do you see them on Jive for played items only?
Comment 6 Blackketter Dean 2007-12-27 06:48:19 UTC
On Jive, I see them at least for the songs that have been played.

In the web UI, I _only_ see artwork for the currently playing song on the top player pane. I don't see any artwork in the playlist, or in song info screens or album listings.

Wait, I also see the artwork when viewing an album info screen:

Home > Rhapsody > My Library > Albums > Greatest Hits

but not on:

Home > Rhapsody > My Library > Albums > Greatest Hits > Tracks
