When errors occur in connecting to, e.g., RadioIO, Jive should pick up the comet error response and do something with it. Right now the user sees a blank menu when errors are hit.

More generally, whenever any /slim/request or /slim/subscribe fails with an error, the user probably wants to know about it.

removing priorities from all 7.0.1 target bugs for re-prioritizing

this will likely need new strings. moving any bugs that need new strings to P1 priority.

Andy notes network error reporting is now improved.
