Description Caleb Crome 2007-12-17 22:51:02 UTC
It appears that the MMX acceleration of the SDL_gfx package doesn't work right on 64-bit ubuntu. (I have an AMD).

I get a bunch of errors like 'push' is not supported in 64-bit mode.

By putting --enable-mmx=no into the Makefile.linux on the SDL_gfx line, it all worked properly.

My architecture is x86_AMD. Can somebody help me with the correct syntax to patch this properly so on 64-bit AMD it compiles without MMX?

Thanks,
   -Caleb

Not going to hold up 7.0 for this.
