Jive FW: 1 r1123

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Have a PC running SqueezeCenter.
2.  Perform a factory reset of Jive and the slim device.
3.  Setup the slim device with Jive.
4.  Notice after the it is done, the PC with SqueezeCenter shows on Jive screen right away.
5.  Notice it takes several minutes before SqueezeNetwork appears.  For first time users, they would not know such great service is available for them to use.  Thye will find out later, no doubt, but the WOW factor is reduced.
