The volume pop-up is missing the dark gray fill bar.  There should be 3 layers total:

1. The transparent border [off-white]
2. The opaque inside fill bar [drk gray/same size as 3]
3. The opaque volume bar [ off-white/same size as 2]

#2 is the missing component.

Noah the artwork needs to have two layers:

1. The transparent border [off-white]
and The opaque inside fill bar [drk gray/same size as 3]

2. The opaque volume bar [ off-white/same size as 2]

Can you make updated graphics. Thanks.

Fixed in r1390.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
