The following built-in plugins have settings pages that can be accessed on the "Advanced" page, but are missing a "settings" button on the "Extras" page:

DateTime
RadioTime
RSSNews

Is this intentional?  Trivial patch to follow.  (Not sure if this should also be done for RandomPlay and Health...)

Health and RandomPlay don't have settings pages, so those are ok.
