I recently upgraded to the new V7.  I also started plating internet radio.  I have a first generation squeezebox.  

My player periodically stops playing music.  It seems to work when I look at the screen, but music does not come out.  Also, its seems songs may reset themselves at the beginning rather than playinst start to finish.  Can't tell if this is due to V7 or the radio station, but something is causing my audio to hang.  Only way I can restore is to turn off the server (on the system prefs) and then restart it.

please do not preset targets.

This sounds more like a support issue which should be brought to support@slimdevices.com, and filing a report only after a confirmed bug exists. Bugzilla should not be a first line of contact for issues.

Please add more specific details, what is your connection, what radio station, etc?
