when deleting an item from the playlist could we have it move to the next item on the playlist, not 
jump to the beginning.

I am unable to reproduce this in current cvs.  In player UI and in web UI if
deleting the currently playing song, it moves to the next.  Deleting a song that
is not playing stays playing the current song.
