AMD 64x2 4600 with 2048mb ram Vista Ultimate (6.0.6000) IE 7.0.6000.16546 After installing Squeeze center 7.01a I get the following message that pops up and will never go away. "Exception Processing Mesage 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x75D4023c 0x87C3B794 0x75D4023C 0x75D4023C" The only way I could get rid of this was to do a system restore to the point before it was installed. When I reinstall 7.01a I get this message again so I can only imagine that it is the Squeeze center. I hope that this information is usefull. BR David Weber
When does this message pop up? At startup? When SC7 is started? Do you see any more information in Windows event log?
David - any additional information?
The message pops up after about 3-4 minutes of loging on to windows. I guess that is some time during the Squeezecenter start up. I did leave out one critical piece of info about the pop up. It says "No Disk : Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x762C023C 0x87C3B794 0x762C023C 0x762C023C " I have listed the event logs below including the Windows defender log from the installation time. Thanks in advance David 1) Windows Defender Real-Time Protection agent has detected changes. Microsoft recommends you analyze the software that made these changes for potential risks. Microsoft Please configure Windows Defender to ignore _all_ SqueezeCenter related executables. > Windows Defender Real-Time Protection agent has taken action to protect this > machine from spyware or other potentially unwanted software. I'm not surprised SC doesn't start, if Defender is shutting it down because it thinks it's malware. > Application popup: Windows - No Disk : Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Hmm... I've googled a bit and this seems to be a problem with USB card readers. See eg. http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2007/07/31/4154712.aspx - Can you disable/remove the card reader and try again?
This appears to be a support issue related to other software/hardware on the system. David: Please feel free to contact our support team on this.
