pageicon for xmlbrowser plugins.

this is one way. it serves up the image as [% pageicon %].  of course, it only works right now with xmlbrowser, but all of the current cases use that (well, at least all of the ones that I'm able to access ;) I need a fake US ip...

I can't reopen bugs that I didn't create, but this fix seems to have regressed.  With today's nightly, the icons are no longer displayed at the top of the web GUI.  I'm not sure exactly when this changed, but it was recent...

seems ok for me at 15939. perhaps some logs?  Are we running into path problems on certain platforms due to dirsFor and recent OSDetect changes?

Argh, sorry.  This is caused by the WeatherTime plugin (http://code.google.com/p/weathertime/).  I'll investigate and report on the Plugins list.
