Have had a few customers complain about this change breaking things for them...

# Added a referrer check for settings pages, to patch a theoretical
security problem where a thirdparty web page could cause your browser
to trigger changes to setup. This problem also extends to any changes
via the web interface, but the setup is the most problematic.

kevin, can youdescribe the proxy setups that didn't work?

marking this as a dupe of 758 since the option for security=NONE will provide
this feature
