The default playlist directory in the setup wizard is set to:
<SqueezeCenter Installation dir>\Playlists

Since all the other directories which contains files that changes has been moved outside the installation dir (Cache, Prefs and Log), the same should also be done for the Playlists directory.

Maybe the same default as for the Music Folder would be appropriate ?

change 14837 - Windows doesn't have a default shell folder for playlists, but it's something like "My Music/My Playlists" in WMP. I've moved the default to using the My Music folder (as this can be found in the registry), from where it's a short way to the playlist sub folder.
