I'm not sure if this is related to the new Default skin or not, but I'm seeing some database errors my logs.  Thankfully, they haven't been fatal.  Which is nice.

all are instances of the same or similar error, looking for a reproduceable case.

Thanks.  Although it's been closed, bug 4474 looks like the best match.
