Colors and buttons in the setup wizard are unreadable and unusable.  (see screenshot)

Please learn to flush your cache and fully reload a page as part of the testing.

I did, Michael.  Sorry for not making that clear.  What I tried was:

* Clearing the browser cache
* Clearing the server cache
* Switching web browsers
* Uninstalling SC, deleting all files, and reinstalling
* Clearing the browser cache again before running the server

It all resulted in the same results evident in the screenshot.

Do you still see this with today's build? I thought I had fixed the wizard before yesterday's build already.

Worked perfectly with today's build.
