Because the new GD code used CoreFoundation APIs the current use of fork() to daemonize SC will cause SC to crash.  We need to to use fork() and daemonize with exec(), or possibly launchd on Leopard.

Fixed, QA to test on all 3 OSX versions.

This bug is being closed since it was resolved for a version which is now released!  Please download the new version of SqueezeCenter (formerly SlimServer) at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html
