Bugzilla – Bug 6025
Default skin - can't set title in OPML Editor mode of favorites
Last modified: 2008-12-18 11:12:53 UTC
One for Michael, If you enable the OPML Editor mode of favorites [favorites settings], the default skin does not allow the title of the opml file to be set. Clicking on the current title should bring up a form to allow a new title to be added - this is working for Classic, so is just a skin issue.
Can you give step by step instructions? If I click a title I'm drilling down one level in Classic as in Default.
Assigned to Brian for consideration in the favorites-editor redesign.
Yeah I'll lump this into the redesign of the favorites that I'm working on
Original bug is a skinning bug with the Default skin - reproduce instructions: Go to SC settings for the Favorites Plugin and enable the additional functionality offered by the "OPML Playlist Browser & Editor" - this should create a new top level menu item under Extras. When you enter the "OPML Playlist Browser & Editor" top level page it gives you a blank favorites editor with a couple of extra options - load and save and the file's title. This is for editing an opml file which is not your favorites file (so you can create multiple opml files and save them as different names). The bug is that when you click on the title ("No Title" for an empty opml file) you don't get a dialog to allow you to change it. This works on the classic skin, but not on Default.
Ok, got it. Was an issue with all skins which do not have all AJAX stuff for favorites implemented (eg. Handheld) change 14584
