I have two sync'd SB3's wirelessly connected to a wireless XP PC. I am running the 6/26/07 release of 7.0, and this has been happening for some time.

Most of the time when playing a Pandora station, the 2nd or 3rd song will repeat indefinitely. Once I realize it and skip to the next song, everything works fine and no subsequent songs repeat. This does not happen when playing songs in my library.

A huge number of changes have been made since June.  Is it possible you could upgrade to a recent nightly build and try again?  Please re-open if you continue to have a problem.
