There is no "above".  How about something like:

These are the song title formats available both in the web interface and on players.  The current selection is the format that will be used in the web interface.  Etc...

Also (trivial) the capitalization of this pref doesn't follow the standard used throughout settings.  Should be "Title Format" instead of "Title format".
