Description Jan-Erik Westlund 2007-10-19 04:48:45 UTC
Browsing a stored playlist with the remote control. When I hit the play button, the whole list will be played, starting with the first song in the list, not the chosen one.

The same thing happens if I use Search, Artists, Album, and then I choose a song in the list in the album. It starts with the first one in the list.

This issue was fixed once with version 6.5.2 I belive it was, and then it came back after upgrading to 6.5.3 and the same goes for 6.5.4. The issue is looks a lot like the reported bug:3801.

Hope you can fix this again, really soon, because it's really annoying.

Regards Jan-Erik

No work is being done on 6.5.x at this time. If you wish to try the SqueezeCenter 7.0 nightly builds, let us know if you are seeing the problem there. The code used to deal with the issue from bug 3801 is still there in all cases.

I'm using 7.0 myself, and playing a specific song on a playlist appears to work as expected, playing the selected song first.

QA to try to reproduce under 7.0
Comment 3 Chris Owens 2008-01-13 13:46:32 UTC
This seems to be fixed in 7.0.
