The scroll wheel does not run really smooth, there is a lag between scrolling and seeing the result on the screen. this often leads to picking the wrong options (try again / forget network). this will probably be found very annoying.
Also (I didn't really measure) the lag seems to be worse when I have a nice picture as background verses just some color. this might however be a hardware problem.

The scroll wheel should have sufficient resolution.  Richard has mentioned he was working on scrolling performance issues in the past, but I couldn't find an existing bug to connect this to.
