Need to be able to input time as either 12 or 24h. T

jive.ui.Textinput.timeValue(default) needs to be able to support 12h as well as 24h time format. Right now, for example, alarm settings can only be made in 24h format.

Needs fixing for 7.0. Setting priority to P3

verified not an issue with jive r2409, can choose 12h or 24h depending on the settings for Time Format

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
