The alphabetical listing to choose albums doesn't highlight all of the letters. (see screenshot)

This is the correct behaviour.  album listings will show the number of albums matching the "items per page" setting, or the next letter boundary.  Letters that are not on the current page are not highlighted.  Clicking on them will move to the next group of albums.
