Description Wallace Lai 2007-10-02 09:01:18 UTC
System Info: XP and Vista
SlimServer Version: 6.5.1
SqueezeCenter Version: 7.01a, 2007-10-01

Steps to Reporduce:
1. On a clean ghost of XP SP2 ENU, install the official release of 6.5.1.
2. Play some songs then stop SlimServer.
3. Install the latest SqueezeCenter 7.0a1 on top of SlimServer. Accept all defaults in the process.
4. After the install, notice there are two shortcuts on the desktop.

Wallace - are you really using the very latest build? I did another build at about 8:30 this morning. Did you use that one?
Comment 2 Michael Herger 2007-10-03 08:30:22 UTC
Change 13503 adds another check to make sure SlimTray is removed. It should be in the 10-04-07 nightly or on SVN.

Verified the fix with 7.0a1, build 2007-10-04, on XP SP2 ENU and Vista Gold ENU. Bugs as written is no longer seen.
Regressed around to make sure nothing was broken because of this fix. None found.
Setting the status as "VERIFIED".
