After hours of use the battery symbol still shows battery high.
In just 5 minutes it then changes from high to low (red) and shuts down.
The medium state is only shown for a couple of seconds (if at all, can't confirm this).

The battery levels have been tuned for the P8 hardware (also known as MPQ hardware). This won't be fixed for the older hardware revisions.
