Description Stuart Beesley 2004-09-16 11:25:43 UTC
I have SlimServer set to look in c:\documents and settings\Stu\My Documents\My
Music. and playlists the same with \My Playlists on the end. In the cache I can
see songs from

file:///C:/Program Files/Creative/SBAudigy/Demo/data/Media/Ae/Tango.mp3

And others, but not all other files that I have on my PC.

Why is Slim picking up these? I don't think I have any short-cuts saved .

hi stuart. do you have any playlists in your playlist folder that refer to that song? Are you using iTunes
or MoodLogic and do they know about that song?
Comment 2 Stuart Beesley 2004-09-17 01:04:41 UTC
Good point. Yes, I use Moodlogic. Question: If you use ML, do all the displays
and searches on Slimserver and the SB use the ML db?
Comment 3 KDF 2004-09-17 11:42:04 UTC
yes, they do, as long as you have 'use moodlogic' selected in server settings.
If you have an Audio Dir set as well, it will combine the data.

If picking up songs from Moodlogic is intentional, shouldn't this be marked as
"not a bug"?
Comment 5 Stuart Beesley 2004-09-18 08:48:22 UTC
agreed!
Comment 6 Chris Owens 2008-12-18 11:51:45 UTC
Routine bug db maintenance; removing old versions which cause confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience.
