On previous Squeezeboxes, the FWD and REW buttons would skip an entire page forward or backward in the setup pages.  (thus skipping over scrolling over an entire IP address or encryption key.)

The REW button on Jive does this.  But FWD does not; instead is functions just like the center button, advancing one character.

The FWD button should skip a whole page.

Using FWD for skipping in text input screen implemented in r796. I still need to check the rest of the setup screens.

Fixed in r806. You can now use FWD/REW during setup.
