Only seems to remove the track, visually, after the next user action, i.e. enter/scroll

I will be testing this early next week. It is a Playlist bug and the summary is updated to reflect that.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
