Description Oscar Marsh 2004-09-09 11:12:59 UTC
If I open SlimServer.prefPane from the Finder or using a QuickSilver shortcut,
the Preference Pane fails to load, instead crashing System Preferences.

Oscar, I can't get this to happen here. Can you describe in more detail the behavior you are seeing? Is
there a crash log generated?
Comment 2 Oscar Marsh 2004-09-14 13:34:34 UTC
I can't get a crash log, from ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/System
Preferences.crash.log or anywhere else, as far as I can tell but as
for symptoms:

If I open SlimServer.prefPane, System Preferences.app begins to open,
bounces in the Dock, stops bouncing, shows its menu, then quits
without showing the window. That's all I can see happening... I'm able
to show the pane by opening System Preferences and selecting it
though.

Can't reproduce here.

Routine bug db maintenance; removing old versions which cause confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience.
