At present the backlight is kept permanently on when the remote is docked.  Some people may like a permanently glowing screen in their room, but I personally don't - especially at night.  In my opinion, such an option should default to turning off the display when the device is docked.

Technically, the option should really be whether to enable or disable the timer that turns off the backlight after a period of inactivity.  The display shouldn't immediately turn off when the remote is docked, but should turn off shortly after, according to the user's settings.

Add an option:

"Dim when charging     []"

This should default to be off.
