Description Blackketter Dean 2007-09-05 21:35:40 UTC
The player info settings screen shows the info as a series of selectable items, which have > right arrows indicating that they can be entered. Since this is plain text, we should just have a scrollable text area here and not a menu

This is needed in the song info screen too.

r502 adds textarea support to jiveMLON
r13112 sends player info over as textarea

On the songinfo page, there are actually 3 list items that are useful as a "go" action: Artist, Album, and Genre.

...say you are listening to a mix of tunes. A tune comes on you really like, and you'd like to play more from that Artist/Album/Genre. Now Playing->Songinfo->select Artist/Album/Genre, voila, you can add/play them as needed.

The only thing I see as a needed change, and this is a change that needs to be made throughout Jive-- is that if a menu item doesn't have an action associated with it, it should not display a right arrow.

assigning to Richard for comment and/or fix
