Customer reported bug.

With iTunes installed on OSX or Windows--Steps to reproduce:
- go to http://www.windfm.org/ and click the MP3 listen link
- playlist should import in to itunes and change from a pls to just a url
(http://64.62.252.134:5622)
- drag that entry in itunes in to a new playlist
- attempt to play that playlist through slimserver

The URL that comes up once you try to play this on a squeezebox is
http://http://64.62.252.134:5622 (doubled http:// ) -- was able to reproduce
this with some random station from shoutcast too.  This does seem to happen with
the latest nightly build as well...

This has been fixed in 6.0
